1. Booking Your Dress

Choose your dress, select your hire dates, and complete checkout. Full payment is required to secure your booking.


2. Delivery or Collection

Your dress will be sent via Express Post or can be collected from our Perth Hills location or Karrinyup (by arrangement). Each order includes a garment bag and a prepaid return satchel (for shipped orders).


3. Hire Period

Standard hire is 4 days unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure your return is lodged on time to avoid late fees.


4. Returns

Simply return your dress using the prepaid satchel via Australia Post before the cut-off time, or drop it back to our location if you selected local pickup.


5. Care & Responsibility

Please take care of your garment: avoid fake tan, heavy makeup, and perfumes directly on the fabric. You are responsible for the item until it is returned.


6. Damages & Late Fees

Late returns and damages will incur additional fees. Major damage or loss may result in full replacement charges.

  • Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.

2. Choose a Try-On date

  • After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store

Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.

3. Enter your details at checkout

  • Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.

4. Receive appointment reminders

  • To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

5. Visit Us at the Store

  • On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
  • Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

Q&A:

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?

If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

Product Description

The Lorena Set is crafted from layers of tulle that have been pleated and gathered creating the most exquisite statement look. The skirt features four tiers of tulle and a dramatic, sexy, thigh high split on the left hand side. The skirt is inbuilt with a body suit, for ultimate comfort and practicality, and paired with a satin band to define the waist. The top and skirt both fasten at the back with zippers.
